I will be forever grateful to my dentist for referring me to Dr. Bateman. I am an adult invisaline patient, in my 60's and the idea of having to go to the orthodontist at my age was overwhelming. Dr Bateman and the staff put me at ease from the very beginning. The entire process was easy and everything was explained in the beginning and throughout the entire process. All of the staff from the girls at the front desk, to the orthodontic assistants, to the doctors themselves are friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to be associated with. They are quite simply, the best. They all work so well together and the results show this. It is a bittersweet day for me, my treatment is over which makes me happy but I will truly miss the regular visits to the office. They are truly a wonderful group of people who excell in what they do.
Dr. Bateman’s Orthodontist’s and his staff are the BEST!! I live near the Syracuse, NY area and back in 2017, I was unable to find an orthodontist near me for my daughter. It was either a year long waitlist or they didn’t take my insurance and I searched all of the counties around me and nothing. I decided to search the Rochester area and found Dr. Bateman’s office. I set up an appointment and the rest is history. My son is currently going and I’ll be bringing my other daughter soon. It’s a three hour drive there and back, but it’s more than worth it. They are so helpful and extremely accommodating. I hope to move soon and I don’t care how far we move, I’ll always bring my children here as long as they need to. Thank you!!! 🤗🙏🏿
My daughter, Emma, was referred to Dr. Fox to fix her bite. The office is friendly, clean, and appointments are on time and efficient. Staff is really accommodating when we need to reschedule an appointment and helpful with any questions that we have. When I got a flat tire on the way to an appointment, they were understanding. When my daughter ran out of something for her braces, they provided it to us without question. I saw Dr. Fox for my braces 15 years ago, my daughter is there now, and my mother even went there for Invisalign! 1000% recommend!
